Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For safety, hygiene, and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item once it has been shipped.
However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please email us at aviraorderissues@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
- A photo of the shipping box
Once verified, we will gladly replace the damaged item or issue a refund.
Avira Skincare Co. is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or unclaimed packages.
